  • Circular knitting

A woven fabric is made by crossing the warp and the weft yarns. A knitted fabric is made by loops. There are 2 types in knitting. Circular knitting: Knitting is performed in a circular motion, forming a tubular shape. Weft knitting: Knitting is performed in the horizontal direction, forming a flat fabric.

  • Clearing

The loop inside the needle hook goes over the latch.

  • Clip

A single plate part that creates a gap on the right side of the latch needle. At the time of transfer, the needle on the receiving side slips through here and catches the loop.

  • Cloth characteristics

Physical properties of fabrics such as softness and stretch. U3M is used for 3D simulation in the SDS-ONE APEX series.

  • Color Compression

To reduce the number of colors in an image for creating colorway data.

  • Color number, color no.

Considering 1 dot on the screen as 1 stitch, the knitting method (structure) is indicated by colors, numbers, and symbols.

  • ColorNavigator

Color calibration software for “ColorEdge” series of the color management monitors made by EIZO. You can calibrate, create and edit adjustment targets, and manage multiple monitors.

  • Colors for reversible towel

The number of yarn colors of a towel fabric.

  • Colorway development/Color variation

To make another variation of Colorway design.

  • Colorway/Color combination

    To coordinate multiple colors.

  • Column

A cylindrical guide for dressing a pattern on a 3D model that appears around the model.

  • Compressed pattern

A pattern drawn in the registered color (registered color) of the package base pattern.

  • Compulsive transfer

If option line L13=81 or 82 continues, all auto transfers are performed for each course.

  • Connection type

Type of connection between body and sleeve.

  • Continuous knitting, panel knitting

Knit continuously without dropping one by one.

  • Control simulation

The knitting state is represented by a loop diagram, and you can confirm which part of the original drawing or pattern data corresponds to the knitting point.

  • Controller

It stores knitting data and outputs electrical signals to each part of the machine.

  • Convert to gauge/Gauge conversion

To convert an image into a specific knitting gauge.

  • Coordinate

    To dress multiple items(patterns).

  • Corner processing

To edit the shape of the corner part of the seam allowance.
